Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Vision Training about using this site. Registering an account or using the site means you have read and accepted them.

If the trainee is under 18, a parent or guardian registers, operates and manages the account and is responsible for its use and payments.

One account serves one trainee; records and levels accumulate per account. Two trainees register separately.

Keep your password safe. If you forget it, follow the instructions on the login page.

Do not lend your account or use someone else's. Accounts that register, sign in or call the site by script are limited or disabled.

The site provides vision-training games played with two-colour glasses, a training plan arranged for the trainee, the Level Challenge and training records.

Calibrate the glasses before use.

This is a home training tool. It does not diagnose and does not replace an eye doctor's examination or prescription. Whether and how long to train is for your eye doctor or optometrist to say.

The Level Challenge is done at home. Its results depend on the screen, light, distance and lenses, cannot be compared with clinical measurements, and are used only to arrange training on this site.

Stop training if you feel unwell.

The site is currently free during its launch period.

If fees are introduced, we will announce them in the site's messages at least 30 days ahead, with the price, start date and arrangements for existing users.

To arrange training, the site stores: account details, the vision records you provide (such as diagnosis, acuity, report photos), glasses calibration, training records and Level Challenge results.

Vision records are stored encrypted and used only to arrange and adjust training and to improve the site. They are not sold or given to third parties for advertising.

Everything on this site — the games, level and difficulty design, plan rules, Level Challenge method, interface, text, illustrations, sounds and mascot — belongs to Vision Training and is protected by copyright.

Without written permission, no part of the site may be copied, mirrored, adapted, translated or decompiled, or used in another product, course or commercial service.

Individuals and families may use the site for their own training and may share its link.

The site may change features, undergo maintenance or pause. Major changes are announced in advance in the site's messages.

We do our best to keep your training data, but accept no liability for loss caused by force majeure, third-party outages or use of your account by others.

Results vary from person to person; the site makes no promise about them.

Changes to these terms are announced in advance in the site's messages and dated at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it.
